Nowadays anywhere and everywhere you walk through the streets of chennai you can find hot corn! Regular rs.25, medium rs.35 and large rs.45. Hmmm so what if we feel like having it every day . Not affordable to pocket right. Don worry it is really simple to make this recipe at home.

- Steam Corn in microwave on high power for ten minutes or steam it in a pressure cooker for five whistles. Steaming is up to ones individual wish . Corn usually takes only less time to cook.
- Put the steaming corn in a bowl add salt and pepper.
- Take steaming corn in a bowl , add salt, lemon juice - 5-8 drops, chat masala
- Take steaming corn in a bowl, add salt, chilly flakes, tomato sauce and a pinch of chinese salt.
